Oh and music was a bit better, according to my parents...today most of it is all edited and stuff.

I remember those rollers! My sister used to try to get me to sleep with them in and the hard bristles would dig into my head. I gave that up in a hurry!

After you get up to unroll them, they were like Shirley Temple flyaways and with a good spray of water to "tame" the curles and style it the way you want it would require LOTS of hairsprays.

Isn't Aqua Net one of those hairsprays?
