Things you remember but that most young folks never heard of. Pre 1980

I as definitely not born then, but back then there wasn't any BYC either.

LOLOL! I remember those home hair dryers! Those harsh prickly rollers and foam rollers! I swear they would give us a face lift if we roll it very tightly!!!!!!!

Remember those vapor humidifers when we were sick?????

I remember those rollers! My sister used to try to get me to sleep with them in and the hard bristles would dig into my head. I gave that up in a hurry!

Never was that high class lol. Just filled the tub with soapy water an used a bar stool to agitate it, Got a real washer(used) sometime in the late 80s an a dryer(used) in the late 90s while I was in collage. Got a AC unit (used) around 2000 with my first ever, real job paycheck. Took it all but my 70+ year old grandmother deserved it.

I remember swimming in my moms uterus LOL, I was born in 1981, so I tecnally was alive in 1980!

If it is not the bristles that would hurt, so would those pink sticks or rods LOLOL! Oh I could not sleep in those!

After you get up to unroll them, they were like Shirley Temple flyaways and with a good spray of water to "tame" the curles and style it the way you want it would require LOTS of hairsprays.

Isn't Aqua Net one of those hairsprays?
