Thanks. Do you know if they'll be fine just baked like a Sunday chicken? Apparently it is urgent (not really, vut to one meber of the house it is) to use the 4 we processed a bit ago suddenly so looking for easy recipes in case I'm the one stuck cooking

You can cook them that way, but I found them to be a bit dry. Wrap a piece of bacon around them, and they'll be delicious baked.
