Things you wish you could say

I have listed my small roo on Craigslist, within minutes I had someone interested. I don't know if it will actually amount to anything, but I hope so! :fl

I can't do another day of doing nothing but crying from sheer frustration, as this is not helping my already crumbled mental health. I even put it in the listing that if someone wants to eat him, I just don't want to be informed of it.
I am not opposed to the use of the Roos as dinner. But I want them the process them here, I don’t want them taking the beast home and tossing it in with other Roos and getting stressed and injured.

It’s a reality, chickens are food sometimes.

Things I wish I could say:

“ This is Snow country, if you can’t drive in snow then you need to re-evaluate where you can work; if I can get up a couple hrs early and get to work then so can you.

No I don’t have young kids, but I do have 3 horses and 48 chooks that need feed water and clean housing, and I need to clean snow off my vehicle, and shovel snow. You have a garage no snow to shovel and someone to feed your kids. Stop whining. “

Edit: am I a beotch for being so mean thinking this?

I don't think so. I am not used to driving in snow, and I have definitely been taking that into account when it comes to work. I have a part time gig where I can choose when to go out and I still hope to get enough subscribers to my YouTube channel to start being able to make some at that.

When it's really snowy or icy, I stay home. If I have to go out, I give myself plenty of time and drive like I'm on my way to Sunday potluck with grandma in the car wearing a brand new dress with a pot of chili in her lap.

You are very smart to take this all into account. I wish others would do this with regards to work and driving.

Driving can be dangerous I know, but when someone relies upon you ‘being there’, it’s annoying to have them staying home 3-4 days a week because it’s ‘snowing’.

Sheesh! It’s Central Ontario, it snows 5 months of the year!
