That spring isn't almost here....-_-
Spring = warm weather and very severe allergies for me. I'm already sneezing and it's only going to get much worse from here....
I also like not having to run my ac. Waking up with my room being in the low 60's to upper 50's rather than the 80's has been amazing. Not being drenched in sweat after a bike ride is also nice
1. I usually don't have to run the ac much yet and the place isn't sealed up wellDon't know if this will help but you can buy filter material to put in the intake of your ac that removes more allergens... if it's a window AC there are several thin options... obviously a big unit would allow for HEPA filters.
2. Does adding humidity help? To weigh down some of the allergens in the air?
I have terrible allergies in summer, only kicked in a few years ago and I'm not sure to what plant exactly. But I take Claritin Liquid gels every day in summer now, so I imagine worse allergies must be torture!
