I agree.
I don’t really like lemon on anything, honestly.
But fish is tolerable. Nice and light and tangy.

I used a ready made crust this year, but its definitely a tad better with a homemade crust.

A good lemon meringue pie is wonderful. As an omnivore and in particular a fruit lover I have eaten whole lemons, rind and all.
