Yeah exactly! Like no need to be rude or straight up mean. It scares new people off too. I get some people are naturally blunt or whatever but there’s a difference, IMO, between being blunt and crossing over into rudeness/a hole territory lol

There are people I have been sorely tempted to rake over the coals, but I always try to be diplomatic. For example, instead of "You had your eggs in the incubator for weeks, and you don't have food for the chicks now that they've hatched?! What kind of irresponsible ID10T are you?", I'll say, "Where did you order from that is taking so long to get your feed from? That's outrageous!".

Totally agree, it’s not what you say but how you say it.

The good ole switch-a-roo. Which is better than being just plain rude. One thing I’ve learned is common sense is a myth. For the people that have sense . For the ones with out a thought behind their eyes they have enough issues without being chastised for their stooopidity.
