What on earth! That's just horrible! Why would someone do such a thing? You very obviously out a lot of time and effort into your greenhouse and coops. And releasing birds to predators is despicable.

I suspect the neighbour who lets her bird killing dog run loose, but I have no proof. She was pretty pissed off that I insisted that she replace the chicken that her dog killed. She was apparently also really pissed off at his crowing, but never said anything even though I sent a message out to all of my neighbours when I got him to let me know if he bothered them. I would have taken care of it.

My quail boys have been getting noisy because it's spring and I need to butcher, but again, if she had a problem she could have done the civilized thing and come talk to me about it.

This was personal. They even filled a bucket with water and threw my leather gardening gloves into it.

That is an incredibly immature way of dealing with a perceived conflict, which sounds entirely one sided. Definitely praying these cameras work. If you ever moved and she had an issue with someone else, she'd do it to them too. She needs consequences for her behavior. (If it was indeed she.)

Doesn't have to be anything that you did. Sometimes it is peer pressure. Sometimes it is jealousy. Sometimes there are people that are just plain evil.

I wish I could say that I did not spend my birthday yesterday alone. The only "Happy Birthday" wishes that I got yesterday were from my friends in Beijing, even after mentioning to many people that it was my birthday.

At least now I know who should matter to me, and a lot of people are no longer on that list.
