I told someone I was 19 - my mind burst out in a fit of laughter and said dream on!

Wish I could say ‘it was a gorgeous warm sunny day’.

(Well it was half right it’s sunny!)

Tonight I will cover all the plants with sheets to protect them. The barn windows are closed just the back door screen is open for airflow. The horses are in their summer coats now so they will be chilly if I left the windows open. These Thoroughbred and Arabian horses are very thin skinned and have slick hair coats.

Really really wish I could say it was going to be lovely and mild tonight and gorgeous and hot tomorrow.

Wish I could say: I am not worried about my just-graduated GS who is leaving at midnight to drive across the state through "active" weather to get to Kansas City by 10 a.m. He joins a group of young people, HS students, and their leader, to sell religious literature for the summer.

Wait a minute. I'm NOT worried. He's about his Father's business. There is no need to worry. Silly me.
