They aren't actually in the shed at this point, they're on the the opposite side that is a lean too that is attached, closed on three sides. Its closed on the one end with a dog lot pannell with the gate so that there is a way in and out.You can use the whole shed and the lean to on the left side of shed?!
What a great structure!
It has huge potential.
I would think about sectioning off some separate areas inside the shed:
Main coop.
Smaller area wired off for growing out chicks/broody hen/sick bay/chicken jail/etc.
Second pop door to split run in lean-to area and people doors access form storage area.
Storage area, that birds don't have access to, for feed and supplies.
