Thinking of making this a coop! Ideas needed!

You can use the whole shed and the lean to on the left side of shed?!
What a great structure!
It has huge potential.
I would think about sectioning off some separate areas inside the shed:
Main coop.
Smaller area wired off for growing out chicks/broody hen/sick bay/chicken jail/etc.
Second pop door to split run in lean-to area and people doors access form storage area.
Storage area, that birds don't have access to, for feed and supplies.

Anti-dig apron examples

Not sure whet this means?

:
They aren't actually in the shed at this point, they're on the the opposite side that is a lean too that is attached, closed on three sides. Its closed on the one end with a dog lot pannell with the gate so that there is a way in and out.

Thanks for the tips!

Lucky duck, this is a great start, just make sure it is well ventilated, I would put hardware cloth over the window and keep it open, and add a pop door, possibly vents and on my coop Ive added a whirly bird which helps a lot, ventilation is key!

Thank you so much! Other than protection of the predators and weather, some of those things never would have crossed my mind. I really appreciate all the tips, I'll take every single one of them into consideration.
I'll get some pics and post them. You may be able to avoid some ideas or even come up with better ones based on the pics. I'm not a creative person in the least, so I think very simple and with no imagination, lol
