But then I changed my mind and removed that from my post because Anconas have yellow legs with black speckles and this one has pink. I'm still leaving my vote for pullet because of the lack of red which I've always had this early in my cockerels.I agree with @DobieLover on him looking more like an Ancona but I do think he’s a cockerel.

the space just above the tail., but not up by the wings.what’s the saddle feathers mean? this is only my second time getting chicks so i’m still a bit of a newbie at it
