This Bug Again ("You already submitted this form")

Got it again today on both the Galaxy S7 and on my computer. Is it a Chrome issue maybe?

It worked normally most of the time.

Glad I saw this... having same issue on my phone...

GalaxyS5 Sport, on app... hit submit once and it says already submitted... haplens on different threads and in PM's as well... intermittently, not every time... cleared cache and restarted phone and it sometimes still does it immediately as well... no rhyme or reason to when it does or does not happen...

After hitting submit once, this keeps randomly happening... can't see it, but text stays in the reply box too, instead of disappearing like normal once submitted...
