Would one of the small coops fit five, or would i need to go onto the medium coops section.

Probably one of the bigger small coops. The coop itself needs to be about 4' x 5' to fit 5 chickens.

no, better off with a custom built one.

Also keep in mind with your climate partially open air is fine and means less lumber. A 3 sided shed inside a covered run would be comfortable and affordable.

I would think the medium sized ones. (plan for 6-8 incase anyone exaggerates size)
Maybe a larger sized small one?

The coop is going to be right against the house, under those windows. The bottoms of the windows are about five feet up the wall, and i want the top of the coop to go right up to the bottom of the windows, going all the way to the ground, with plenty of roosting bars going up the coop on the inside so they can be low to the ground, really high up, or in the middle of the coop. I can draw what I want it to look like in a second.

The little cylindrical things in the coop are roosting bars.
The door will swing up and on the wall of the coop above it will be a hook to keep it from closing.
The thing in the run is a swing for them to perch on.
The round thing in the corner of the run is a cat cave that is in their current cage ( )

Well you aren't short on space from the way it looks!

If it were me I'd avoid having the coop right under windows due to smell flies etc.

But using the house as one side of the run
