This hen is driving me nuts

Does she eat/ drink fine? If you feel like she's lost weight, I would suggest a fecal float performed for worms, and then deworm her, quite possibly the whole flock. I honestly just think she's found her dominant voice, but it is not my hen. She's your baby and only you can tell if she's sick with the information you've already provided

A way to know if she is eating enough or possibly having crop issues is to check her crop.

Full at night and empty in the morning before getting a chance to eat is good.

I mention this as you said you think she has lost weight.

If you have to confine her to check it really IS worth the hassle.

One about 11 months back , the other about 3 months back . I just have a feeling she seems sick. I felt her crop before she went to sleep and it felt soft . Can it be her crop ?

Do you have a vet that sees chickens? Maybe for your own peace of mind?

She looks healthy but you know her best.
