THIS IS A TURKEY EGG PROBLEM!!!!!

What is the deal with a turkey hen laying everyday and with air sacks on the side ??? A friend of mine has this bird she collects eggs every day and puts in a carton point down and is putting in a bator. but when candled air sacks are on the side. She only holds the eggs for 7 days and has one she says hes a blood ring now after 50 bad ones. The eggs are also bumpy on the outside like calcium deposits. I know this is random but am tring to give any one as much info as possible in hopes of solving this issue. So any one that can help please answer I don't have turkeys myself and she is new at this and we have tried every thing as far as treating it like a chicken problem and it is not working!!!!!
