Neck - Lustrous greenish black with a narow lacing of medium shade of brilliant red. - I would say thats a definite no.
Back - lustrous, greenish blakc with narrrow dacign of a medium shade of rich brilliant red. Rich brilliant red perdominating on surface of upperback and saddle. I would say nope.
Tail: Main black - ok.
Coverts -- greenish black, laced with shades of rich brilliant red. - Nope
Wings:
Bows - medium rich brillaint red - nope
The females - plumaged is penciled not laced, so not going any further with that
