I think that is ridiculous! What's next..... Fining, I mean taxing me because the kid stir up the dust when they are running poles or barrels in the arena? How about the dust that gets kicked up when I mow or weed eat (well it would if there was something to mow out here) or drive down the dirt road the county can't/won't pave? They would have to fine/tax the whole darn state come spring sand storms. There isn't enough water in the state to prevent that "polution".
