This kitten just showed up at my house and now I don't know what to do

Update:
He has grown ALOT and was doing good until now. My parents fed him fried fish (without bones) last night and today he is refusing to move, eat and is throwing up bile. I did not see his stool yet becuase he stopped using his litterbox ever since he learned to climb the wall and make it to the neighbours backyard but I can tell that he has BAD diarrhea. I took him to the nearest vet and he checked his temp. He had a 104 fever and he gave him some injections and gave us a metronidazole syrup to give him 2 times a day and gave me a dewormer. He still hasn't eaten anything yet. I'm really worried :(.
Do you know how long it has been since the little guy ate?

Do I need to syringe feed him?
Hi, never had the experience that a cat might get some sort of indigestion... Do you know what kind of fish it was? Just seems strange to me, I've given my cats fried fish and one of them eats like a troglodite and I've never had that problem.
Guess your vet knows what he's doing. Did they check his stomach? Any sort of ultrasound or something? I would have thought that maybe he could have eaten mice or rat that had been poisoned... Just in case that's a possibility I'd try giving him milk. Would try and get a second opinion.

Don't give the cat milk! Most cats are lactose intolerant.

Hii, He did not perform any ultrasound and I'm not sure about him eating mice/rat. It's possible since he lives outside. I'm not sure about wht kind of fish it was but here in Pakistan its mostly all carps. We are going to take him again tomorrow. Sadly there are not many vets here where I live.

I know many people say they are lactose intolerant, but that only happens when the animal stopped consuming any type of milk product.
Just as humans lactose intolerance is a matter of the body economizing resources. If a person stops eating milk products all together for long periods of time the body will see no need to produce lactase and when that person consumes milk products the body finds it hard to digest it; if you were able to drink your mother's milk from birth then you are not lactose intolerant (there are few cases of babies who indeed cannot even digest their mother's milk and those kids ARE definitely lactose intoletant) .
As with humans this can be solved (had several friends and family members who've solved this problem). The person has to eat easily digestible milk products (like goats milk) or yogurt for about a month, then you can escalate to soft cheeses, then a month later start eating hard cheeses, and finally whole milk.
The other BIG problem is that most milk products people consume now a days are processed; how do you know if the milk you drink is in fact milk? Eat hot Chili peppers (capsaicin is only nullified with casein) processed milk doesn't help get rid of the sensation of chili's.

But by the way I'd fist check if your cat has parasites, most likely he does.

If he has eaten in the last 24 hours then he is okay. For now... definitely take him to the vet again in the morning if he hasn’t eaten by then. Lots of cats can’t handle cows milk but if you have goats milk you can offer some of that. The best thing for a cat with an upset stomach is plain rice and a small amount of plain boiled chicken or turkey chopped up with it.

Do you know if he has drank any water or if the vet gave him any fluids?

Try giving him some yogurt (that's not too acid) or if you can get goats milk try that too.
If he keeps vomiting and not eating I'd possibly give him some electrolytes.
