I guess it could be a quail. This sweet little bird took to my aunt and follows he and rides on her shoulder. She said it just appeared on her porch one day. She lives near Clovis, NM. Can anyone put a name on the UFB?

My guess is a Gray Vireo.

Closest I could come in looks and color out of the birds found in NM.

It kind of reminds me of a mocking bird... Young though. Do you have them in NM? That's my only guess... Sorry! Very cute though!

Sweet how he is attached to your aunt, it sure is nice when wild creatures take to us. Looks like something in the wren family but that is only a guess.
