I like cats and I think it's funny too!!!! I also like a cat or dog thumping rooster! They gotta stick up for their flock ya know!!!


Ok, I like MY cats, everybody else has horror story cats, like the OP's roomies I can't stand that kind either.
.........mine are so good! I'm not just sayin that - I honestly don't know how I got them so good! lol The worst thing they do is meow/beg whenever I use the can opener!
They know I mean business, and I think that makes all the difference in the world, even though they still think I'm the petting staff

That, and I had 2 kittens together so they trained each other how to not scratch or bite hard. Plus they go outside some so they work off a lot of energy that way, and mostly sleep in the warm house - all cats are good when they sleep!

I love my cats but I really enjoyed the story of Thor & "fat cat"....looks like they would be in the same weight category!

But, my fat cat "Butter-bean" would protect my little roo when he was in the house recovering from an injury. Butter-bean wouldn't let the little dogs or my other cat get near the crate! Butter-bean would even lay in front of the door and finally Opie would lay down next to him! Guess, it was cat & roo love!

Thor is one great little roo. He will be a great protector for his girls.

I do feel sorry for the pussy cat, though. I LOVE cats. Mine are all good around the chickens - no one is interested in doing more than watching them politely.

I love kitties, but I still think it's priceless to see my baby Lucifer sneaking up on them... Flying onto the fence, and knocking them right off! Absolutely priceless. The poor cats are so interested in my hens, they never know what hit them, until they're on the ground and little yappy dogs are chasing them around the yard.
