Those who need help in sexing peafowl

Can you get a good quality video since that is as close as it is going to get for some of is in person. The feather picture is really blurry. From what part of the neck was it collected from? What is the feather supposed to show us? It is not the end of the world if a hen has a feather that is not rounded. In fact they have a rounded shape, but not scaled like a green peafowl. And part of it depends on where on the neck you get that feather.
 
Center neck is where I got it and it is just like a male neck feather. Don't bother in posting more pics of male neck feathers I have eight from Colbolt molting last year.
 
My cell phone is my best. The really good photos of Colbolt, Thor, and Calypso came from AnimalsRmyLife camera.

Quite a few people that breed or own peafowl? I don't think so...

There are only 2 camera's I could use and one is a roll of film so cancel that out the other is a digital camera.
