In the Brooder
Hi everyone! I've stalked this community for years off and on, thought I'd finally join in the conversation.
I have two black australorps, two Asian blue and one Easter egger. One of the Asian blues "Lavern" comb and wattles are bright red and coming in very fast, the others are not really even showing and certainly aren't red, but Lavern's feathering out much slower? I hear that they are a chicken mutts, so maybe that's why? I was drawn to the Asian Blues at the tractor supply because they were so friendly, to where every other chick would run away. So after years of having a plan of what chickens I would have, I actually didn't get one on my list, lol.
Anyway, this is a lot of fun and once I figure out how to post pictures, I'll share my girls and coop
