I found this coop which my thought is it would work for growing out roosters...
(I am raising some for meat and I have straight runs)
Or maybe just a small flock in it... the guy will take $150 and the footprint is 4x8- I would attach additional run to it I think... I am scheduled to go pick it up Friday evening
What do you think? Keep in mind my main coop is 15x18 with an attached 15x30 run... and I have two 5x8 chicken tractors as well

Totally worth it. A coop at tractor supply is $200. This is larger coop with some additional accessories. Factor in your time that you would have spent gathering supplies and then building something yourself... a steal.

New Oxford isn't too far from me. Howdy neighbor.

Price seems reasonable enough. If you're just using it for grow out, I'd see if the nest boxes were removable. Attaching some hardware cloth or smaller opening welded wire with screws and fender washers should help beef up the security.
