Cletus rapidly bent his head backward to bite Halia's ear, and pulled with all of his might. He, being only a crow, just managed to pull a chunk of fur from it. He struggled some more, then closed his eyes and gave in.

He realized soon after that they would've aimed for the unsupervised kingdom had she let him continue. "I have Angela in charge." She whispered. He sighed, only getting even more worried.
