Thread formerly known as Hatch day is today

I just got my Saxony eggs in the mail. :) One was broken. She has them wrapped in kleenex then put in a plastic egg tray thing, and then surrounded by pine shavings. Interesting wrapping job. I saved the plastic trays to put directly into the bator so they're sitting up for the first 3 days.

She sent 3 extra too. I would recommend this seller. Oh! And she sent me a free copy of "German Life" magazine. Kinda cool.

Interesting packing job, lol.

Any special way you would want me to pack your ancona eggs? Its suppost to be warm this week so she should start laying better. And im pretty sure they are fertile. Still gonna wait till I see the results in my eggs.

Anyone else want ancona eggs? JZpmed me about some, but she never got back to me.

I saw that. LOL. I was thinking that too but some of them still have fluid around the air cells. I am hoping that it clears up by next week. I really want those goose eggs to hatch.
It's nerve wracking. I just think you should lay them down. You would if the air cells were perfect because it would be better for them, so I'm thinking you should do the same with the questionable air cells.

I'm on day 5 with my Sebbies. I think I can see a speck, but I'm new to the goose candling thing.
