Side note, have a detached air cell in one of OUR eggs! How weird huh? It's growing fine, but thought I would share that a hand collected and walked to the bator egg can even have issues to over come.

Agreed! The eggs I got that did the best were shipped air cell up, and in a box enclosed in another box.

Yours are both formed, ALL the saxony I got are forming, AND all the javas but one or two are forming. Sent to me in a double box.

I dnt Think so hIs aircell is just strting to dip. I think he will be that way until friday atleast. Is neither are pipped by tomarrow (internally) im assuming muscovy. Id they were pekin they would be pipped tom

Yep QJ, air cell up, individually wrapped, padded in an interior box then placed in a larger priority box padded and taped shut. Seems they travel best this way.

Another beautiful week down here. Blue skies and sunshine. Gotta mop and sweep now that little man is napping.

Iain, great news on the hatch! Yes the sugar water with poly visol is a good idea, glad the duckling is making improvement.

DG two Brinsea and a Dickey Caninet. All three always on and never enough room lol.

Oh and as long as you don't need the SA eggs for the Easter hatch along I can most likely do some on Monday the 5th of March. You would have them in 2 days.

My Saxony eggs look like they are filled with water. Air cells look a little wonky too. Should I bring the humidity down to 50? It's been running at 60-65.

QJ what day are you on? I really try and keep it 40% or less until lockdown and internal pipping. Then 70% or better.
