Whats everyone making for dinner tonight?

I'm thinking Cheesy Nachos, whole grain tortilla chips, pile of lettuce and tomatoe, salsa.... Kids will like it, and I think it'll go great with the margaritas I'm gonna start drinking here in an hour, after I pick up the girls from school.

I also have to start baking. I've got a wedding cake this weekend. (sigh) Pays good, but kinda high stress. Its a 4-tier, and every layer is a differnt flavor. One is the Kahlua Mocha - Layers of yellow cake with chocoalte curls baked in, chocolate ganache filling, and italian buttercream..... (If it weren't having to match the other layers, I'd have Kahlua and expresso in the buttercream too, but not for this one).

Anyone hungary yet?

Green? What color for ducklings, I used sugar free orange jello. The first time I tried regular orange jello and I had cracked out ducklings zooming around the ceiling...Lol, You crack me up Jaz.
