Celtic, sory. I got confused! Their hatch date is the 5th, I was thinking the 5th was lockdown, and 8th was hatch day.

I got them early saturday morning (the 3rd) and set them later that night. They are on day 29, and are very active. I dont think they have internally pipped yet! But are working on it. Once I'm sure they have, I will lock it down.

Lain, the air cells are in between those two lines you have darwn.

DG, I am guessing you are seeing shadows moving as the goslings turn for hatching next week. This may also be why you think your past duck hatches are going early as well. Deep breath, don't touch, don't touch, don't touch.
redo your math then listen to Iain , Celtic. and the rest that know what they'er doing

Repeating the mantra: don't touch, don't touch, don't touch!

All 3 are on day 29! Oh, and their pilgrims.

No, I didn't. I guess I missed it. Will someone quote it for me?? And the air cells are dipping like crazy!!

Love all of the pics, Celtic!!! So nice to see such healthy gorgeous stock from babies to adults!! The saddleback poms are adorable!!

So, the dark mallard look.... that is more of a drake appearance... but QJ has one that is a duck? Very confusing!

DG, if you set them in the evening of the 3rd, then it would be day 27 and it should look like it is in between the two air cell line drawings. Lay egg dip side up and stop turning. It shouldn't internally pip for at least another day or two.
