Here are some questions that will help us help you.

What kind of egg?
What day is it due?
Have you candled it to see if it has internally pipped?
What is your temp and humidity?

What day are your eggs on?

Jaz, CONGRATS!!!!!!!! How old are they now?? My cayugas are 16 weeks old and I already want to set up a breeding area for them I am so excited to have my own eggs!

That is 6 weeks before mine hatched. Does that mean Twist won't lay eggs for another 6 weeks? She would be 22 weeks by then. I thought ducks started laying between 16-20 weeks?

By the way, at what point do ducks/drakes start getting frisky, as I have way more drakes than ducks living together at the moment and not sure when I need to separate??

I love these !!!
The Impeyan is a gentle bird, easily tamed, and much less flightier than other species of Pheasants & are around 4 1/2 to 5 1/2 pounds.

I am really pleased that we got a 2nd 50'x50' yard fenced off today for Barley & company.

As it is bigger than our other side yard, we tried again to blend the toulouse babies with Barley & company. Barley was miserable and the ducks were not being very smart about getting out of the way of the older geese, and I was concerned for their safety. So, once again they are separated. Then I tried introducing Barley to my 10 day old grey dewlaps. Silly Barley was scared of them and wanted nothing to do with them either. I swear Barley is the biggest baby!!

Good thing you checked. My eggs are rocking hard, but no ext. pips. I'm going to probably check things out in a bit, since I brought mine in after they had majorly internally pipped. I'm concerned about SW too.

im getting use to the SW thing by now.
its frusterating. but its really whatever by now. its not my first rodeo.
the 2 upside down babies seem to be doing good. pretty alert.
but the 1 egg still hasnt even dipped yet. still c movement tho. i was debating on tryin to help evn tho its not dipped. but i think i will just wait.
the other babies are just hanging out. absorbing.
once some of their veins go away i will pull heads.
