You defiantly should! I heard the same about being gentlemanly. One of the neighbors had a nice pair a few years ago and that roo had to be close to 3 feet tall!

Wow. I think hubby would love them. He's laid claim to my runner drake already. At first he thought there was something wrong with him until I explained that's how they are supposed to look. Then he said that's his duck and he's not going anywhere, lol. So I think he would like dinosaur looking stand up straight 3 foot tall chickens. You defiantly should! Lol! Every girl needs a nice pair or two of diamonds!Hi everyone. Almost lock down for the ducks.....![]()
Hope all is well in hatch land. I thought about ebaying some more eggs today, but decided on some diamond earrings instead. In the end, they'll be cheaper and less trouble than a summer hatch. LOL I''ll just tell DH I saved him several bags of food this way! Think it will work? LOL Actually, the egg ducks pay for the food, but I don't feel like handraising anymore youngsters just now.
I'm just ready for a change from my little fluffy ones. And I want something with a standard so that people can't argue about what should/should not be called it, etc.Aww that's so sweet of him! I just love the personality of a lot of the game breeds. The neighbor used to carry around that roo like it was nothing! No fighting back or clawing just was enjoying the ride. It was quite the sight![]()
I don't blame you one bit. Diamonds poop a lot less.Hi everyone. Almost lock down for the ducks.....![]()

LOL. Yah, good call. They are the most miserable creatures in a small pen or cage. Its pathetic. I think that If I'd had large flight cages, they'd have been happier. You've hatched some really cool babies this year Marty! I saw some pheasants on craigslist earlier but remembered your experience and changed my mind quickly!
