Kevin, does the gosling try even in the least to move and or stand? if you help support the body?

Marty, they may retain a spot or two or none at all. Our adult girls all have a spot or two,but if you dont know where they are you wont readily see them. Except Sassy (who i cant show) who has a beauty spot on her face. It was a chance you took on them buying goslings in spring, not juveniles in fall as we discussed. However you also didnt have the fall prices, and had birds on hand for the girls to show at fair. It doesnt make them any less lovely.

Here are the geese (moms) of yours from us.

Sassy- she has a couple of spots in various other places, most are hidden

Pandora - she has multiple colored feather under her wings, she had some in her tail, not seeing them this year as she molts. Hoping this holds true as she is one we hope to show.

Dahlila - smooth white, no color anywhere

Chloe - she has the most interesting sets of colored feathers. Tail, wings and back under wing. Waiting to see how she looks after re-growth this year

She'll move by dragging herself but no she can not even stand. If I pull her up she can stand for about a minute but then she falls down.

I'll get them tomarrow, Iain, and more pics of everyone I guess. The toulouse are still sweet, but they are turning into real geese, and don't love mama as much as they did. Now that they are in a big pen, I don't go find them 3 or 4 times a day to walk them to the water, and talk to them. They still seem interested in greeting me, but nobody wants to be petted anymore. Samantha (the sebbie) doesn't trust me now that I've caught and moved her. I'm off her A list for sure.
Very purdy ! Are you keeping all of them? For some reason I cannot upload pics anymore ????

Hey Jaz! I'm pretty sure I have only 1 Serama egg developing so I hope you have at least 1 or I'm going to have a very lonely chick!!!
Both your duck eggs are developing nicely ~ & I candled your serama's and it is not looking good for any, I tossed 1 for sure, but I am going to candle again in a few days just to be sure. Where did they get mailed from? I know with record high temps it is looking bad for shipped eggs.

Dang it. They shipped from SoCal.

Let me know if you want more duck eggs. She lays one every day.

Celtic, each and every seb is lovely. I'm not really torn up that I may have only visually whites, its ok and I knew the odds. Please don't think I'm upset or mad or anything.

How about I go vent sex Samantha (or get the feather thing) then if you have a boy (or girl) thats strongly colored, maybe I can get her and a trio of Muscovey still this fall? Then, I'll have one little fancy pants in color to show off. :D

BTW - the one young but most adult white feathered seb got a red ribbon. :D Ruth is very proud of "diamond".
