Hello I'm back, Its been way to long.
I see that some one has call ducks laying? Mine are now 24 weeks old and still no eggs. My BA's went to the fair and come in 2nd place, judge stated that they are too small. The 1st placers are huge and yet to small for the state fair. They were raised by a 4H'er and wanted to sell them. The young girl only wanted 20 a piece for the tri, I told her that they are worth at least 25/per chicken. As an FFA'er I gave her $25.00 a peice, they are gorgous!! I just couldn't see not giving her more for all the work she had sone with them. I can't wait to see their babies and when I mix the hens to the rossters "Then their babies". I will be filling my bator tommarrow with my first pen then my other bator with the other pen. Yayayayaya!!!e

Well so far my four other sfh eggs haven't hatched and I don't think they will but I am giving them another day... so I had to run to the feed store and pick up a friend for my little baby and got a RIR chick.

Hey everybody! How's everyone doing?

I have 30-some eggs still in the bator, had to take out a few bad ones when I candled. Here's hoping my *last* hatch of the season goes well! Or at least, I'm threatening to stop after this.

Holy cow! I thought you meant hatching eggs until I read the ad. I guess we better put ours up for sale, too! Some of my duck eggs are even green - I wonder how much I could sell those for.
