I also just set about 80 Guinea eggs again

Hey everybody! How's everyone doing?

I have 30-some eggs still in the bator, had to take out a few bad ones when I candled. Here's hoping my *last* hatch of the season goes well! Or at least, I'm threatening to stop after this.

Well hope we can get together for a riverside culling

I think I hatched one of his babies ! I hatched 1 out of the 2 eggs I set from you.
I tell you it is the coolest little baby drake! It follows my daughter around like a puppy dog,
and sits on my sons head while he watches TV!
& I had it sitting on my chest & it friggin pecked my eyeball !!!!
Also a cute little thing!

Definitely. Hubs doesn't want me coming down this weekend since it's a holiday weekend, but want to try for a couple Saturdays from now. Maybe I'll take hubby's truck and pick up some feed. Did the math and even with the long drive and gas prices, it'll save us a good bit of money.

Well auction was nice to me today

Bought 2 dozen fertile duck eggs for $2 & Bought 5 Peacocks/Peachicks for $15 each & 4 Satinette Pigeons for $2 each (& I got conned into 8 dozen quail eggs for 25 cents a dozen)

VERY purdy babies !!!

What the heck am I going to do with Peacocks & Pigeons ??
