I have been baking for quite a few years selling specialty cakes from my house and I do many festivals and markets, all under the table and yes it is a good way to fuel my habit lol all of a sudden my dads restaurant kicked in the high gear needing desserts and he has been buying aroun $100 a week and I also have a market and a couple special orders this week

I am so angry and sad and disappointed! After getting the stuff I needed to house ducks again and having my husband fix the fence the person i was getting them from messaged me and told me that her husband has decided to keep them!

That's great! Happy Baking. I used to own a cake shop, before and since I've done it out of my home, and occasionally rented the licensed kitchen at our church when needed. I'm kind of sick of cake. However, I still love the money! Honestly, the worst part is totally the delivery! Its so stressful delivering a stacked 4 layer cake with overpipping for weddings.

Oh, what a bad boy! I hope he didin't get you. One of my mom's toms used to do that. After I pounded him a few times as a teenager, he did leave me alone. Eating him would have been faster.

I hope you'll find some ducks that need a good home and will work out even better for you. But that kind of letdown can really smart for a while.

Birds silly !

Lol, everyone here is fine and dandy. Fat and happy and not laying me any eggs.

Hoping in another month this will be a distant memory and I'll have more eggs than I can handle.

How's everyone there?


This guy is my little house duck. He's 10 weeks old, and more than old enough to be outside by now. But he was an only duckling, and bonded with me pretty good and I love the little guy, lol. He goes with me whenever I am outside to get some real duck socialization, but I'm not ready to make my little friend be a real duck full time yet.

I ordered a chicken diaper for the serama's, since the frizzle will likely be kept indoors whenever the weather is bad and I want to be able to let her out in the house. Thinking about ordering one for this little guy too, and he can be an indoor/outdoor duck.

Hah my duck wears a diaper. You just gave it a whole new meaning though! Like a ducky chastity belt

someone is supose to come get them tonight.... We can NOT afford for me to get hurt and he wouldn't back down....... just can't have that here....... I'll miss them though they sound neat.
