I'm sorry...the only way to see what happened is to open them and see what stages they were!I don't think I ever did... I just used a crappy flashlight...
I'm sorry I know your disappointed...were these shipped eggs?should I give up or wait a day or 2 more? I have 20 quail and 14 bantam eggs... i think its a stretch for ZERO to hatch....![]()

Quote: it's not unusual for that to happen....with shipped eggs the hatch rate is 50% or less...if it gets very hot during transit that makes it worse....see if you can find some local eggs, someone on this thread bought some "farm fresh" or "free range" eggs in the grocery store....let them sit until they are room temp then try to incubate them....she got 4 chicks....I have put eggs in the fridge but then decided to incubate them and they are due to hatch in a week...so don't give up

Well, incubator's on again. Girls are laying, eggs are getting ready to be sold, and I need a fertility check, so here we go, lol. I'll keep any girls if they hatch - I want to add some girls to boost egg production next year. I'm hoping I can get them out after they hatch before there's snow.
