Hey guys! Just an update: My weak ducky has made some awesome progress. It's still laying down, but it's now laying in the upright position. It was able to hobble over to some water, standing and lifting it's head. I guess that was all it had in it, because it's back to laying down.
I'm sticking with my opinion that Sav A Chic is amazing stuff. Maybe it's a coincidence but I see results within hours of giving it to them.
The others are eating and playing like little duckies should. One has an eye that it can't open. I'm actually wondering if it even HAS an eye! I'm going to swab it and see if I can figure this out.
Oh, forgot to tell you yesterday, I found no feathers from Edward in the creek across the street. (Wait maybe I did post that..) I can't remember. Oh wait yes I did. Because I told you I talked to the mailman and he's seen the fox while doing his route. My poor big girls didn't come out of their pen all day. They are lost without him.
It's kinda sad actually.
But it is nice going to let them out and not being attacked. Lol. Don't tell anybody I said that. My girls are more tame than Edward was.
I also found one lone duckegg in the cook. I don't know how long it's been in there, but it's in the bator now. It could be up to 2 weeks old since I haven't checked for eggs in awhile. I thought they were done!
Well, I need to clean out Beaker and Bunsen's duck crate. Those are some stinky birds! So I'll be back.
