They can't ALL be drakes. They just haven't gotten their quack yet.

I sure hope its a hen. Then you can get two drakes! (so you can have two seperate trios, or just one drake) but if you get two drakes you can order them from metzers!(they can send as low as TWO ducklings!)

Ohmygosh, you guys, I just went out to give the girls their "treat/kitchen scrap" bucket and there was a hawk! It got my khaki girl.

I'm still missing a chickens, so I have to go back outside and look for her. I thought hawks weren't supposed to go after full grown ducks. I'm so sad right now, she was my favorite out of my ducks.

That's not a bad idea you have there. I didnt' know they could set so few. I'm hoping to get one with some chicks in the spring. We'll see though. There have been a few for sale around here for sale on craigslist, but I want to be sure it's full blooded mallard.
