Nope. I want to see how much shipping is before I ask. If its a ok price.i will ask if she wants some silkies, and ask if I could get a lonely call duckling with her silkies

So you got 3 Silkys from Holds, but what else did you get? I can't remember!

I have the same fear. I'm still trying to decide how many silkys to get to make sure I get at least 2 breeding pair.. Trying to figure out the best odds.

So you got 3 Silkys from Holds, but what else did you get? I can't remember!

I have the same fear. I'm still trying to decide how many silkys to get to make sure I get at least 2 breeding pair.. Trying to figure out the best odds.

I got 4 silkies when I got mine, and ended up with all girls.

And one non silkied silkie which is ok because she's my favorite bird ever.

I gave one silkie to a friend, still have my 2 white girls and my fave. I keep seeing a white showgirl rooster on cl, I'm so thinking about getting him so I could have silkie/showgirl eggs. But I'm pretty attatched to my roo I have. He's a delaware cochin and gorgeous. He's sweet with the ladies, not mean to anyone. I think I'll stick with him for now, gentlemen are hard to find, lol.
Oh, duh! You guys are talking about silkie ducks. I think I had to much champagne last night.

at times it gets confusing.

My broody hen was still sitting on 3 chicken eggs. There were 3 out there last night when I took the duck egg. I just went out because hubby said " was Bella still sitting on eggs? I couldn't find them"
The are no where in the coop or pen. No signs of broken eggs anywhere. Do you think the ducks ate them?

I wouldnt mind getting two males and a hen if I have the call hen to ballence the ratio

but it would be cool if I got a trio. If I do end up getting all hen (unlikely) I will just order a mature drake from holderreads. Dont want to think about having all drakes

I also got 6 TSQ welsh harlequins and a blue runner. im hitting myself in the head for not getting alother silkie though...

im gonna ask my mom tomarrow.... Shes in a bad mood today...
