i think they are realively calm and so fun to look at.. turkeys can be quite overly eager.. and think that they are starving ALLL THE TIME!!! they will jump on you to get a bagle out of your hand..
or knock down the trash can full of food before you can get to it and throw it on the ground every day i have a race with my turkeys.. the race is who can get to the barn first and open the trash can before the other gets to it.. yes my turkeys work together to open my plastic trash can

And BTW: Yes, seperated at birth. You are my sista from another mista. I think JZ might be a sista too. Just sayin'.

I remember with my grandpa hatching the turkeys that they were very sensitive. My grandpa would say, They'll fall over dead if you say "boo". So yes, agree with that comment.

guineas are hardly little boogers. And their meat has an awesome flavor. We raised them for eating long long ago.

ETA: okay... Dad lingo= If he doesn't say "no", that really means "yes". Dad's will never say, "yes". They will just NOT say no.

Wasn't it cocoa who had roasted guinea for Christmas? can't say I've ever had it but they do look like they come from another planet.
