Duckling. You can't see it anymore, but when they were just starting to vein out they had a ring around them, but now they've spread and the rings gone.

She got a bath tonight and I cleaned it all up. It looks like the new feathers have been ripped right out of her. What kind of aniseptic can I put on it?

If you don't have an antiseptic spray (like Blu-Kote) then any kind of antiseptic cream or liquid (like Betadine) that you use on your own skin wounds would be fine. What do you have handy?

The Blu-Kote is good because it will help to discourage other birds from nibbling at the wound.

Betadine if you have it on hand, or even just wash it with soap and water. The neosporin without the pain killer stuff in it works good too. It doesn't look too bad, so soap and water'd probably be ok.

sorry i havent been on much

i had ALOT of homework tonight .
i spent about 4 straight hours doing homework

then i hear my dog eating something, and i go in the halway and he has my pencil bag, (its a donkey.) and hes trying to destroy it

i was so mad.

my back is feeling slightly better, my boyfriend gave me a massage tonight. so that kinda helped.

we start disection of cats tomarrow in class (im in anatomy)

I have neosporin and silvadine (for burns) here at home. Most of my vet stuff is at the barn
