I've been to Singapore and to South Korea. My sister-in-law is Sth Korean. She and my brother live in Sydney but they had their wedding in Sth Korea last August on a volcanic island. We loved it - amazing food, lovely people, and cheap too. Hubby and I plan to go back at some point and also visit Japan since it's really close by.

That's awesome. Some day... some day..

CR Congrats on your hatch. I hope that your surgery goes well tomorrow and that you have a quick recovery. DO WHAT THE DOCTOR SAYS!!!! Believe me, I know that. Stay of the leg, keep it up on pillows, ice, ice, ice and take your pain pills. Kisses and hugs to you with lots of well wishes.

Well I sold my Blue Sweden and Cayuga ducks and then 3 of my babies today, the blue fawn mallard (Zoro), mallard/roeon mix(Ralpy) and my cayuga (Jackie). I am gonna miss them soooo much. My Drake, Jonny, was out there throwing a fit when the 2 girls left and my Buff, Robyn, is sad and wouldn't even come to me after they were gone. It is hardest on her.

After my ducks left from outside, I checked the 2 nests that were in there and could not believe how many there were. I have just been leaving them there to keep the ducks happy cause the like sitting on them, plus I couldn't get out there early enough to gather them up. I had 3 females and there were 2 nests. One of the nest was the Cayuga's for sure and she had her nest up between the chain link fence and the straw bales that are in there. Those eggs went clear down almost to the floor. She had about 45 eggs or more in there. Then the other nest I know the Buff would sit on it all the time but I don't know if the Swed laid eggs in it too. That nest was huge. She had it in the corner between 2 bales of straw. I throw the eggs on the bottom away. I brought in about 20 eggs and floated them and I have 1 Cayuga and 10 other eggs that are good. 4 were bad, and 5 were eiffy, which I put in water and hard boiled to feed the babies. So tomorrow I will stick the 11 eggs in the other incubator.

Don't worry, SM. They will be a bit shell shocked for a few days but they will get used to the new arrangement.

I worry about Robyn my Buff because she has been with Randi the Sweden for over a year now. they were hatched together. She looks so sad its heartbreaking to see her.

I can not get my pictures to upload to here from my phone. How do I do it? Right now I have to email them to myself and then go onto my computer and download them to upload them here.
