I've got veining in the duck eggs. Woo Hoo!

Out of the 17 duck eggs I got, one was cracked, I can see 13 red dots. It looks like the other 3 may have dots too! ! My 4 goose eggs all have dots that are getting huge. Out of the 5 chicken eggs I see dots in 4 and one little green one has veins all over. The Guy that bought my ducks gave me a Pekin egg Sunday and I accidently candled it, didn't expect anything yet his duck must have been sitting on it because it has a dot and a few veins! I'm so excited!!! I love candling.

Me too! It's fun. Ducks though. I have a harder time with the brown chicken eggs.

I agree. Its cause DG has been gone. Has anybody heard from her? I heard from her Saturday but that was the last time.

Me too!  It's fun.  Ducks though.  I have a harder time with the brown chicken eggs.

 

Get one of my flashlights. I can see in my green Cayuga eggs and those little dark orange German chicken eggs I got. It works so good. I bought a regular egg Candler when I bought my incubator and its a piece of ****.

That's what I'll do. I don't have a candler, I have a battery operated Ryobi. It's so bright it puts out heat. But I want to compare it to that one you're using.

I think I might have some veining in 2 of my chocs, and one of the lemons.
