Yeah

My internal pecking and turned into internal chirping!! They have the sweetest little voices!! I want them to come out now.

2 are doing good, 2 are making me nervous. They aren't talking to me, but they've internally pipped. I would like to see more movement in them. Fingers crossed for 4 chicks.

Update... 2 have made holes now and a few look to be starting to zip. All 9 that pipped are making progress. 1 of the last two is still trying to pip, but it looks like we have a 2 nd quitter. Also looks like one is zipping upwards toward top of egg instead of around the top like the others. Am keeping a close eye on that one.

its day 7 .
so i candled.
no veining in any of my muscovy eggs =[ ?
2 of them were bad tho.
they were completely dark and the yoke was like all smushed and runny at the bottom so i removed them.

Good morning!! I have babies!!! The first two were born back-to-back at 1am. The third was was born a little later and my ancona hatched out about an hour ago. One is hatching now and a few more on the way!! Loading pics now!

Thanks!! I just put the first three in the brooder. Another 3 are drying off in bator. And 4 more are still hatching! By the way, I think someone forgot to give my ancona the memo about having spots!
