no turtles. just huge catfish.
in the summer you can throw a little cat food on the surface and they all come up .
they are big.
they had them drown a cat once.

but they leave the adult ducks alone.

yea.
the cat was trying to get a drink and a fish grabbd its foot and pulled it in.
needless to say no one swims in the pond anymore....other than the ducks.

Poor Kitty, bet that was quite a shock. Guess I'd grab a fishing powl, and get started on filling my freezor with catfish (no pun intended here)

We've had trouble with what we thought was turles nipping baby ducks from the creek, but guess I'll have to wonder about catfish now too!
