I wish you could get the Boulevard Beer down there. It's pretty amazing. But I'd guess you have a better choice of beer than us.

BBQ sauce is an art as far as I'm concerned. I've been working on the world's best BBQ sauce. So far.. I haven't got it perfected. It's missing something.

I'm thinking about doing the easter hatch too, since I'm always cooking anyway! I tried to sign up earlier, but I didn't know the answers to all the questioins, esp. for their breeds and qtys. I looked at the thread, but by page 5 of like 50 or so, I gave up!

I'm interested in which BBQ sauces are favorites too. (sorry, I can't remember who typed what)

I didn't fill out the form yet, cuz I have to get some eggs. I gave up on page 4 of that thread and skipped to the end.

I love BBQ sauce. It's kind of a thing in my family. We're always trying new sauces. You said your dad's in KC right? Where at? Like, literally in KC or in a suburb.
