It seems very hit and miss once they eggs are shipped. I've had great hatches, and terrable hatches. Got my fingers crossed on some chocolate turkey eggs I'm baking now. The quail are usually ok with the handling, but I don't order turkey eggs much, and they are SO EXPENSIVE. Good Grief!!
