Back from the beach.

Here are a couple of pics of today. I don't regard this as a very good or big beach but it is an ok beach and there was a cafe there with nice fish and chips (aka fries).



QJ, this is kind of 'the bush'. Thought you guys might like a virtual drive on the left for a moment.






And of dinner last night, courtesy of KC Masterpiece (the ribs anyway). Sorry about the sideways pecan pie (made with 70% chocolate pastry.....mmmmmm).

I first want and need to tell QJ how sorry I am for taking my sorrow and disappointment out on her. I love you girlfriend and I truely am sorry. I hope you can forgive my nasty words and love me again.
The last duckie could not hold on and passed away sometime after midnight.
I also want to apologize to all my friends here for the way I behaved. It was very rude and mean of me to take it out on all of you. I was on a pity party and it was a bumpy ride and I want my money back. I love you all and hate myself for the way I handled my disappointing situation. Please forgive me.
I have gathered myself together and have regrouped my thoughts and am back in the saddle again and ready for a fun and safe ride.
I will be back on sometime later but have lots of running to get done so it will be hit and miss when I am here. But I am better now so lets all have fun and share the love again.

I admire and respect your strength! Like a kindred spirit, I can see you now... getting bucked off into dirt... slapping your hands on your jeans to help get the dirt off.... then climbing right back up to do it again. Speaking of which, just for you, SM... here is my #1 boy, back when bucking was his favorite way to get out of cantering.

Ready for my ducky/goosey update? Well here ya go.

My anconas have internally pipped and I am working on getting my humidity above 70%. I expect to see external pips starting late afternoon/early evening. My goosies are starting to turn, as I can see changes in the air cell... and all 6 are rocking their eggs in the bator.

I'm starting to hear the whoopie sound from my ducklings... funny how it will startle them all (including the one that made the sound) and they will all freeze until they figure out it's ok. Hopefully our extra three will be girls as I have a buyer lined up for them if at least 2 are girls.

AND... drum roll... Twist is 100% better!!! Today, I will start tapering her off drops.
