QJ, hope your chicks are ok!

I have 4 standard and 2 large dewlap africans. They are in their own bator, just beginning the draw down of air cell. They seem about 2 days behind the anconas... So they should hatch Thursday, if all goes well.

my eggs are doing good.
i can barely see in the egg.

just a little veining near the aircell . and i can c them barely move if im patient lol.

i got 2 duck eggs today

so thats 8 eggs in 6 days .

my broody hen is still sitting tight, and being very vocal if you look at her for 2 long.

and i have another hen making a nest in the barn. im hoping she decides to ditch her kids, and set (its the momma with 2 babies. that are now her size, well the 2 roosters are bigger than her)

qj im soooo jelous about the anconas.
if the bfs mom finds any eggs this year i might have her save them and pop them in just to see what i get .

and my darn dog has been sick all day .
grandma insisted on giving him a steak bone lastnight.
he spent the day throwing up and following us around wanting pitty .

Bobby's veins are getting bigger, and bigger, everyday! Its sooo exciting! Even more so when I see his little heart beat, makes mine melt

Qj! I think you will be getting fertile ancona eggs sooner then you think with love in the air! Lol.
I wish my ancona hen would start laying soon! I need to fill orders!

she hasnt laid since last sunday (and that egg was bobby lol) I gotta FB ev about ancona eggs real quick... BRB. BTW QJ your apples are soooooo cute!

Tmw I'm going to dump the pool and give them some fresh swimming water. Then I'm going to put some rose petal over the top of the water.... Perhaps some celery leaves, and a little Marvin Gaye in the background. See if I can set the mood.

Just been chatting with bobby alot. He moves around in his shell when I talkvto him. its so cute!... But is it normal?
