DG, you can always pull them and not let them continue to incubate. When you get an order in the future, make them put 50% cash down to start the eggs and the balance when they hatch and are picked up.

sorry celtic, 11 were put in last week and have babies in them. I couldnt kill them to save my life. Im to soft. And i just put 14 more in today. I might still have the heart to pull those, but not the others.

I would pull the 14, they haven't even started to incubate at this point really. No need to stick yourself with loads of hatchlings you weren't planning to keep. Just easier that way.

My mom wouldnt let me do that since its a waste of eggs. Would they still be ok to eat? That is if I pulled them now. Or would I have to throw them?

I wouldn't eat them. You can scramble them and feed them to the dogs.

You can post them. I don't mind, and I doubt if anyone else will. Cheap is good, I'm always dividing my ducks, as every year they seem to double in numbers, even after selling eggs and duckies!

Me, I buy cheap fence everywhere, and since I'm a gardener, I just plant them with heavenly blue morning glory and moonflowers, beauty day and night, but only in mid summer - frost.

The electric fence tape I use (keeps in 6+ bird dogs IN religiously)

Spring is near, and you will be able to find wonderful homes for them! I couldn't pull eggs that I already put in a bator... Thats just me too
