THE SUN IS OUT TODAY !!!! YEAH I will be busy as long as mother nature shines on me. Got some cleaning & mucking to do (& it just snowed yesterday?)

Wow, that old already? Time flies when you aren't waiting for them to hatch, lol.
My older ducklings will be 7 weeks old monday. Time to start pool shopping, the old one has a hole. They still draw in hawks whenever they come out so they stay in the coop/covered run, but they should be ready soon. I miss seeing duckies swim.

I know! Time crawls when you are hatching eggs... then flies when they are babies!

I imagine hubby will build an area outside for the duckies that would rival the security of Ft. Knox.... when the time comes. However, we are in a snow storm pattern here, so they won't be going outside anytime soon! For now, they are stuck with swimming in the bath tub.

By the way, do you still have your goslings with your ducklings? Are they getting along ok? I moved my goslings to the large brooder pen this morning and was debating on putting my ducklings in with them, as they are fairly similar in size now.
